This track wasn’t just a tune for me, it was a late-night discovery. Stumbling upon the video on Club V’s rerun at midnight, the infectious energy of the bongos and synths hooked me instantly. I knew I had to have it, and even the hefty import fees on Amazon couldn’t stop me from ordering the single. Worth every penny.
“Played-A-Live” is a kaleidoscope of wanderlust that keeps your body swaying and your head on the bob. And it’s all due to intricate percussion work, a sensuously warm bass and unavoidable synth hooks that nearly blossom, if not slow-motion explode right before your ears.
